Michelle Dahl, MAT, RYT-200 is a certified Yoga and Yoga Calm Instructor. She currently is a Health Educator working in public education and has over 14 years of experience working with kids and teens. Michelle has been practicing yoga for 12 years and has been teaching kid and adult yoga classes for the past 5 years. Michelle completed both her Yoga Calm and RYT-200 teacher training in 2012 with an emphasis on Anusara Yoga. She continues to grow as a teacher and student continuing her education through workshops and yoga festivals. Along with her commitment to yoga, Michelle is also an avid runner, spinning instructor for Club Fit in Canby and enjoys gardening. She lives in Canby with her husband and two sons.
